It's DRILL TIME!

Use these drills to improve your form - great as a warm-up or cool down on a day when you are doing running or cross-training.

Your Tasks for Today:

  • Drill workout  - follow along with me or if you have a great memory just do the 4 main ones.
  • 20 minute easy (remember fun/easy/enjoyable/EASY!) run OR 20 minute brisk walk.
